How do I get my clones?

 

Clones are delivered by next day courier, you will receive an email with tracking information on Sunday or Monday. Your package is picked up by courier the next day – Monday or Tuesday. Packages are usually delivered next day, you should be ready to receive your package on the delivery day, especially in colder temperatures.

 

What if delivery is late?

 

Clones are packaged to survive for up to a week in transit, although we recommend a couple of days and climate temperatures are important to minimize stress on your clones.

How long will it take to receive my clones?

 

We try to have orders delivered in one to two weeks, but depending on strains and the timing of your order, it can be closer to three weeks during busy times.

When is the best time to order?

 

Our weekly cutoff for putting the rooted cuttings into 3” rockwool cubes is 9am est on Saturdays. Paid orders received after then will fall into the following week’s cubing. This process takes approximately one week to be ready for shipping.

How are my clones packaged during cold temperatures?

 

Clones are packaged using heavy duty boxes and strong blister packs with bubble wrap to keep them safe during transit. The cost for shipping supplies is shown on your order.
During cold temperatures we also use thermal heat wrap and heat packs to keep your clones safe and minimize stress.

Are my clones guaranteed?

 

If you purchase next day shipping for your order, your clones are guaranteed for two weeks from delivery. If a clone fails we provide a free replacement or credit on your account, customer covers shipping.

What if I want my clones delivered on a future date?

 

We encourage you to place your order and reserve your clones. In the Order Notes put your requested delivery date and we will schedule your order to be ready to ship for then. Advance orders receive priority during our busy season.
