Jeuveau is an injectable treatment manufactured by Evolus. It’s made from botulinum toxin, a neurotoxin that relaxes facial muscles where it is injected, making facial wrinkles less noticeable. Because Jeaveau uses the same active ingredient as Botox, it’s sometimes called “NewTox.”

Jeuveau is currently FDA-approved to use for glabellar lines, or frown lines, which form between the eyebrows. However, like other products using the neuromodulator botulinum toxin, Jeuveau may also be helpful for wrinkles on other areas of the face, such as crow’s feet or forehead lines. It can also help prevent wrinkles before they form.
